Miles To Go: The State of Education for Black Students in America

Lupita Quezada serves as the Program Coordinator for the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting (OBC) at the Southern Education Foundation. In this role, she ensures that school districts have an exceptional cohort experience by managing relationships, coordinating site visits, and organizing key events, including the Annual OBC Convening. Additionally, she supports project execution and develops communication resources to advance the initiative’s strategic goals. Before joining SEF, Lupita was a Program Coordinator at the Latino Community Fund-Georgia, where she championed educational equity and advocated for marginalized communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
