Morgan Tyler is a distinguished executive leader with over 20 years of experience spanning Administration, Operations, and Talent Management. A specialist in culture architecture, process optimization, and business systems, she has consistently served as a senior advisor to executive leadership teams across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Morgan is recognized for designing scalable 
HR and administrative strategies that enhance employee engagement and for leading strategic planning initiatives that streamline organizational infrastructure. Throughout her career, Morgan has successfully managed multi-million dollar budgets and directed complex change management projects. Her expertise lies in fostering strategic external partnerships to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. She is deeply committed to organizational efficiency and remains passionate about empowering communities through programs that facilitate upward mobility. Dedicated to community leadership, Morgan has served as Board Chair of the North Carolina High Schools Accelerated Learning Systems since 2018. In this role, she provides governance and strategic guidance to support postsecondary success, helping students build pathways toward fulfilling futures for themselves and their families across two high schools. Originally from Baltimore and a Charlotte resident since 2008, Morgan is a proud alum of Hampton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an MBA with a concentration in Public Administration. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.
