Williams as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and welcome Kenya Rodgers as Chief Financial Officer as part of this next chapter.

These announcements are not simply about new roles. They reflect a deliberate investment in the capacity needed to advance SEF’s work across the entire education continuum, from early learning to and through postsecondary.

With strengthened executive leadership and clear priorities for 2026 and beyond, SEF is positioned to deepen its impact. These leadership updates reflect our commitment to long-term sustainability and measurable progress.
