Catalyzing Community Foundations: A Strategic Lever to Fund Smaller Postsecondary Nonprofits

We are excited to share that the Southern Education Foundation (SEF), in partnership with ECMC Foundation, has launched the Catalyzing Community Foundations: A Strategic Lever to Fund Smaller Postsecondary Nonprofits initiative.

This initiative aims to strengthen community foundations in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, equipping them to support smaller organizations in improving postsecondary student success. As an organization that has demonstrated a commitment to working with small nonprofits focused on increasing postsecondary access, retention, and completion—including students of color and those from low-income backgrounds—we invite you to review and respond to our Request for Proposals (RFP) to join us in this initiative. The RFP closes March 31, 2025.
