SEF’s testimony to SC House subcommittee on classroom censorship legislation

Fred A. Jones Jr., the senior director of public policy and advocacy for the Southern Education Foundation, submitted this written testimony to the South Carolina House Education and Public Works Committee’s K-12 Subcommittee regarding SEF’s opposition to H. 3728, the South Carolina Transparency and Integrity in Education Act, a proposal that would restrict classroom teaching on the history of race and racism.
